As a child I knew being a performer was my heart's desire. I began training at the age of 8 and never looked back! I danced professionally, toured the country Singing, Dancing and Acting! I even landed a few Film roles over my career! I married in 1984 and moved to Colorado thinking I was done with performing arts. I had found a love for massage therapy and healing arts and set out in a new direction. Upon moving to Canon City, Colorado the only "job" available was a position teaching dance. I accepted the position teaching, a path I never expected to go down! It quickly led to the opening of my own studio, where I trained performers for 28 years. Over the years my students received scholarships to prestigious performing arts Universities, positions with major Dance Companies, Cruise Ships, Vegas Productions, Broadway, the West End, Film, and Television. I am very proud of all my students, they are performing, writing, running performing arts programs, teaching, directing, and choreographing all over the world! Others are Business Owners, Doctors, Journalists, Fitness Coaches, Entrepreneurs, and Proud Parents. I officially closed my performing arts studio in 2009, while I still find myself teaching Master Classes and Directing /Choreographing Musical Theatre productions. 

Currently I am a licensed Heal Your Life® Coach \ Workshop Leader / Licensed Massage Therapist and Movement Coach. Now I spend my days helping others identify and achieve their dreams. With extensive experience in Life Coaching / Healing Arts and Performing Arts, as well as a vast history of client success, my individualized positive approach will help you attain your goals. I am amazed and awed by all the paths my clients and students have paved.
